Depression and anxiety are probably up partly just from the state and uncertainty of the world. So many kids are in college nowadays to get a degree that could very well be worthless a few years after they graduate but they're still going to be left with the massive debt. How can you not have anxiety when you're living in that kind of hopeless situation?

The 2nd half really spoke to me in particular. I spent almost a year travelling and doing phenomenal things, hiking and camping across Europe, seeing the most amazing northern lights from my tent atop a mountain in the Norwegian Arctic. It sent me into quite a deep depression when I returned. Everything felt grey and underwhelming.

I always looks forward to Kevin's new content, but the editors are making this unbearable. Just look at the black wall behind Simon for 10 seconds, the video quality is dreadfully exported, and the jump cuts need to go. The good news: It's all fixable.
